Airsplat doesn't take care of their customers they drive them away - Airsplat Disappointing My Child


I tried to order from Airsplat over the phone and after a lot of indecisive B.S. the sales representative told me to order on line.This was after a disappointing conversation with the sales manger Michele,who did not back up there word of taking care of the customer.Also she then informed me that the free shipping was $3.99 , Seems that airsplatt doesnt really have a customer service program that works.the price of the item I was trying to buy changed without notice.But on there website it still had the sale price? HMM is pricing subject to Michele's daily mood?

I have bought at airsplat for years not and I have never had any issues. It sounds to me as you were getting the right information but you may have been a confused. Here look at this info it might help http://www.airsplat.com/documents.asp?Link=help

I have ordered from airsplat.com before and i really like there service. i think they are the top two in the industry. they have a lot of info on the website, but sometimes as consumers we allow our eyes to see what we want to see. i know i have done that before.

Here at AirSplat.com it is our goal to provide the best customer service in the world. However after reviewing this information it look as if the customer was attempting to purchase an item that was previously on sale. Our sales are only good during that month, new sales start the first of every month. The $3.99 is a handling fee that is applied to ALL orders. And is stated on our policy page. I am not sure who the customer spoke to however we do not have a "Sales Manager" by the name of Michelle. We invite all of our customers with questions or concerns to call and speak to one of our friendly customer service reps. 626-539-3900
