I have not even received my package yet, but I would warn anyone away from buying from Airsplat . So far my two emails to customer service have gone unanswered, and my package has not been shipped. They guarantee that your package will be shipped in 24 hours, yet mine was ordered on 11/29/13 and here we are on 10/05/13 and it has still not been turned over to UPS for shipment.

My brother just received his order after a similar wait only to find that the gun that they had listed as "In Stock" and "Ships in 24 hours" is actually on back-order and would be shipped at an unspecified future date. This did not stop them from charging his card and shipping him all the accessories that he ordered to go along with the gun he thought he would be receiving. This is a shady way to do business, and I suspect that my order will go the same way. I will post an update if I am wrong about this, but from what I've seen so far, I doubt it.

going on 2 months and still waiting for the rest of my order. They don't give a dam unless you keep calling them. Then they tell you it's been adjusted. Guess what? 2 months later, they took my money and I still don't have all my guns. 2 of the 6 guns received had major issues the very first time being used. Airsplat customer service still sucks. Had to cancel 1/2 my 2K worth orders because they did not ship and did not notify my at all.

My experience with Airsplat started off pretty poorly, but I have to say they have gone out of their way in terms of customer service. I can't promise you that your order/delivery process will go smoothly, but I can promise you that if you reach out to them they will treat you right in the end, and do their best to right any mistakes they have made. So, I've upgraded my review to reflect my total experience with AirSplat. It's hard to give them a good grade for the Shipping Process, because I'd be lying if I said there weren't some big problems there, but I can give them an A+ for effort and good intentions. I can also give them an A+ for customer service. My messed up order ended up costing them a lot of time and money, and they made things right by me.

So, my former review no longer holds up to my experience. I even recommended them to a friend tonight at a Christmas party.

I agree! I called this company and stayed on hold for 20 minutes and then someone answered and called me a name that wasn't mine and I stated what my name was and that I needed to place an order. She said that she would look up what offers they had and get right back with me. She dropped my call. I gave her the benefit of doubt and I called back to be placed on hold for another 15 minutes and the automated teller said I was second in line. OK great. The phone begins to ring and rang about 7 times, I looked at the clock it was 4:01; just then a msg came on the line that stated I could leave a msg and a call would be returned within 24 hrs. The msg log was full. I give up! This company really needs to work on ALL aspects of their business.
