Worst Company Ever

I placed a $500.00 order on 8/21/2013
After not hearing from them after 4 days I contacted them.
The first idiot I got was Michael, an idiot in training. Michael told me that one of the main pieces (a Glock type handgun) was backordered.

After hanging up on that idiot & calling back, the second person I spoke to said that a different non important piece (a magazine for the Glock) was out of stock.
I asked them to ship out the rest of the order.
Today on 8/28/2013 after still not hearing from them again within the "24 hours", I called them again.

The order has still not been processed but "will ship out today".
I should receive it in a week.
I asked "What about your 24 hour Guarantee?" the girl said there was nothing she could do.
They don't have supervisors where she is located.
I will now be out of the country in a week so I had to cancel the order all together.
I ordered a SAW 1, 2 full auto assault guns, a glock w/extra mag & 5000 BB's.
Oh, and they charged me $40.00 for shipping even though they never even picked the order after 8 days.

This was by far, one of the worst companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I don't trust these pathetic excuses for business people at all.

Don't buy here if you actually want your products!
