Customer service could use some improvement... - Lancer Tactical Lt-08 pdw


A few days ago, I had emailed Airsplat 's Support Department, stating that I would like to make an exchange for one of my orders that I had received a few weeks ago. In their return policy details page, they said to email them at support@airsplat.com if you wish to return your item, which I did. They also stated that a reply should be sent with an RMA number in approximately 24 hours or less, excluding weekends and holidays. I never got a response. The day I sent the email was on a Thursday. That certainly was not a day on the weeken, and there was no holiday on that day. So I decided to be patient and wait for a few days. Then it's Monday, yet no response. I decided to email them a second time, thinking that I wasn't specific enough the first time. No response. Seriously? It's been 2 about days! I'm a patient person, but when it comes to waiting for a response, I can get a little bit angry. Airsplat, if you guys do actually try your best, please prove it. I've seen you guys do it before, and I want to see you do it again.

We never want a customer to go through an experience such as this. We do everything in our power to answer our emails in 24 hours if not the same day. For the email not to have any answer like this customer is describing, we may not have received the email or it may have gone into our spam filters. In either case this is not a typical situation. We have reached out directly to the customer by sending a message directly to him.
