Order for my nephew was not processed correctly; I did NOT authorize your shipping my nephew's gift order to my billing address. The telephone and prior order trails are precisely clear. I would NOT have ordered if it could not be shipped directly to my nephew. That's the only way this order was to be processed. Therefore, you need to intercept the package and deliver to the CA address at YOUR expense.

I don't have your order number. But all orders being shipped to different addresses are individually confirmed with your credit card company. And ultimately they give us permission to ship to alternate addresses. I'm sure the representative on the phone instructed you to contact your credit card company to add an additional shipping address to your account. We then pull the order aside and contact the credit card company to confirm the shipping address. If the CC company is not able to confirm the address, we then contact you, standard protocol is 1 email and 2 calls. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, the order is shipped to the billing address.
I'm sorry it was shipped to your billing address, but this is both for your protection as well as ours. I'm sure if this was a fradulent order, you would be happy it was being shipped to you as opposed to some address clear across the country.
I hope that elaborates on the situation.
